Realtor Selection Form

Thank you for your interest in Revo Kelowna and for submitting a Selection Form on behalf of your client. We will do our best to help you secure one of their preferred units, however, due to high demand, the unit selection form is not a guarantee of purchase. Should none of your client’s preferred Revo Kelowna homes be available, a sales advisor will contact you with any available homes that may be suitable to their interests.

Selection Forms will close at 11:59 p.m. PST on Saturday, October 7, 2023.

Please Note:

  • If you have more than one client interested in Revo Kelowna, you will be required to complete and submit a Selection Form on behalf of each client.
  • You will only be contacted if you receive an appointment to secure a purchase for your client.
  • Your appointment will be intended for contract writing only.
  • If your client receives a unit, at the time of the appointment, they will be required to provide two (2) forms of government-issued identification, including one piece of photo identification such as a driver’s license or provincial identification card, and one piece of identification proving Canadian citizenship, such as a Canadian residency card or Canadian passport for each purchaser on the contract.

Enhancements

Parking

Please note that not all studio A1 units come with an available parking space. For those homes that come with parking, prices include the cost of one (1) or two (2) parking space(s) depending on the unit type. There will be no parking available for purchase.
